Gently Soap Influencer Marketing Campaign 2022

By agreeing to participate in the Campaign, and producing/creating content which includes the Gently Soap products/services, and posting the foregoing, you agree to allow Gently Soap to use the photograph, video or other related content that you post on your social media pages/platforms, websites (the “Content”) under the below terms:

1.      Gently Soap will have the worldwide and perpetual right, but not the obligation to:

(i)      reproduce, exhibit, and otherwise use your the Content in the Campaign

(ii)    to enable users to ‘shop your look’ and purchase products, including without limitation, by appending to your Content images of products (including those that you tag in your Content) and links to the ecommerce portions of Gently Soap’s sites and

(iii)  to make reasonable edits to the Content in connection with the foregoing.

2.      You represent and warrant that:

a)       No person other than you will appear or is mentioned in the Content;

b)      You will use the Gently Soap products as advised, and that Gently Soap products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

c)       You will comply with all social media pages/platforms, websites when posting the Content

d)      You took the photograph or video or have all rights in and to the Content;

e)      You actually used any Gently Soap products tagged, shown or mentioned in the Content in conformity with the product instructions;

f)        If your Content contains a ‘look’ based on use of various products, that ‘look’ is fair representation of the actual performance and appearance of the Gently Soap products tagged, shown or mentioned in the Content, and you did not use any tools, special effects, or any other method to materially enhance or alter the performance or appearance of such products;

g)      Any statements or testimonials that are included in your Content are true and accurate an represent your current honest opinions, findings, beliefs, and/or experiences.

h)      You have not received compensation, incentive or other benefit from Gently Soap or any third party in exchange for posting the Content, using any Gently Soap products or mentioning or tagging any products or brand, in your Content;

i)        You have the right to grant to Gently Soap the rights to use your Content, as set forth in these terms and such use by Gently Soap will not violate the rights of any third party whatsoever.
